Terms and Conditions
These terms set the rules for browsing Chic Dresses, placing an order, and using the site. They also cover payment, delivery, returns, and our right to refuse orders that do not meet the stated conditions.
Read this page first. It matters.
Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every visit, enquiry, and purchase made through this website or in store. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and any product details shown on the site. If a product page says something specific, that detail applies to that item.
Stock changes fast in evening wear. We keep the product pages accurate, but sizes, colours, and availability can change before an order is accepted. A basket does not reserve an item.
Orders
An order is accepted only when we confirm it. If an item is unavailable, we will say so and cancel that part of the order.
Payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Payment must clear before we release goods, unless we agree another method in writing.
Delivery and collection
We post to UK addresses where available and offer in-store collection by arrangement. Timeframes are estimates. Peak periods, address issues, and courier delays can affect arrival dates.
Your responsibilities are simple.
- Check your measurements before you buy. Evening wear sizing can vary by cut and fabric.
- Use a valid delivery address and contact number.
- Inspect items on arrival and tell us about any fault or mismatch as soon as you can.
- Do not copy our images, text, or product descriptions without written permission.
Returns
We handle returns in line with the item type and condition. Dresses must come back unworn, unaltered, and with original tags where supplied.
Marked sale items, altered pieces, and garments damaged by wear are handled separately. If you send something back without approval, we may refuse it.
Need help?
Contact us before you order if you need a size check, a fabric note, or a time-sensitive dispatch request.
